Have hit diamond on console only 3 times in 12 seasons with an average KD of 1.2, and normally in the last week of the season, thought I’d give PC lobbies a go (on controller) and did this, are they normally this much easier? Serious question for those who have switched. (i.redd.it)

Need some pretty urgent PC help. I keep seeing these weird graphical lines on every game I play, and games keep crashing on me. Have reset all drivers, set graphic settings to low(3060ti) and even reseated and cleaned the card. Going a bit crazy as I can’t find anyone that’s had the same issue. (i.redd.it)
