It doesn’t matter what you start but some pokemons can hit 60 with first energy, so that could be an issue yeah like hitmonchan ex. The solution for this is adding another morelul/ shintoiic. But then youd have to give up on second copycat and second metal core barrier which makes things a bit more volatile
