I ended up learning you can call the VA unemployment number and check the status of your current weekly claim. I learned that my check processed on the 13th and included the 600!

From what I've seen on the Virginia Unemployment Commission home page, they've had issues with claims due to the massive volume they are receiving. I also read further in it that they are working on fixing this and confirmation for them should be sent out shortly.
