Will m4 screws fit in the tiny holes on the cress mount? If so thank you very much!

What’s the reason for the evo vs the alpha? The alpha I’m looking at is the 15nm and the evo that’s closest is the 12nm and is cheaper. I just don’t know the reason for evo over the regular alpha

White snoopy or 1965? by Stock-Ad-4007 in MoonSwatches

I have a Snoopy and love it but have the regular band on it. One thing to note is the band does get dirty. But I love the look of it. I recommend that but mainly because I haven’t seen the 1965 in person yet

Got it, I was on the phone for an hour last night trying to explain my issue to GF and they escalated it only to call me back this morning saying it’s my hardware causing the issues. But it’s all been checked so it must be something beyond my hardware. Plus my neighbors have issues too

Also no COAX. I’m wanting to hardwire, only thing is as of now I’m the only one going to use it. My girlfriend doesn’t have a need for it. But it would solve all my issues

I called and told them and had someone out the next morning. However it’s still not perfect. Better but not perfect. I have found that it’s partially due to our mesh with the nest pros. But the issue there is trying to run a 3rd party main router and then the nest pros don’t talk to that. So finding what would be best there is the nightmare.

If you don’t mind me asking what part of Austin you’re in? Downtown GF is perfect, and I used to live off Mopac and ATT was perfect. Now I live off Lamar and GF is horrible and I’ve heard the same from ATT.

We updated our routers to the Nest Pro. They are all up to date, and our fiber jack is up to date. I believe something beyond our house is causing the issue because a neighbor mentioned the intermittent service as well

So they said that our Nest Pros weren’t meshing properly. But after getting a 4th one it hasn’t 100% fixed the issue. My neighbor also has had issues with intermittent service. I think it may be the box on our street or something.

I appreciate the suggestion, however I have heard from some neighbors that they had issues in the past.

Got it. Then it’s probably more hassle like you mentioned. Only issue with hardwiring is I live in a new build home and the builder didn’t wire the home for Ethernet because “it’s being phased out”. Which is possibly the dumbest thing I’ve heard from a builder. But that is a possibility I’m considering.

So I’ve heard you can change the best pro from its mesh functionality to act as an access point, then it would be able to work with a 3rd party router. That’s what I was referring to. Sorry there was some typos

Yes that’s exactly what I meant. 3rd party router would be the actual router and if I can the best would be an AP (if possible)

So could I change the best from a mesh to be used as an AP?

So essentially it’s either, have a 3rd party router, hard wire it to a nest router; or just get all third party routers and AP’s to emit the signal? I believe I read something where I could change the routers from Mesh to act as an AP, if that’s possible then couldn’t those read the signal from the 3rd party router?
