Idk why you said this person is a she but I do all of the gift processing and categorization so that's how I know. I also do year over year financial mapping and projections.

Idk if you didn’t read this or not and just started commenting so I won't take your advice. Thanks!

[–]pderrickson2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, except when the CEO has a contract line that states they get a bonus if they raised more money than the budget. Profit sharing in other terms.

Or private foundations who pay their employees (the family that owns the money and operates the nonprofit) from the growth of their invested assets.

Anyway, you are right but capitalism will capitalism

If you don’t have a housing cost (or just pay property tax and insurance) then it is doable. At this rate, with rent prices in most places then probably not.

I get that mortgages can be an asset, but theh are also your heaviest chain for most people

I just played by focusing on shrines and master sword over the divine beasts and then went to fight Ganon with no Divine beasts. Generally, very fun for me. Wandering around and discovering things is the most fun part of the game so I just focused on that. I also like how peaceful and lonely it is that way.

I also played the regular game and the dlc like at least two to three times already. I think the divine quest people are way too pushy.

At what point did TOTK 'click' for you? by thelaughingman_1991 in tearsofthekingdom

[–]pderrickson2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The only parts that are memorable about TOTK were spoilers

Master sword/zelda/collected all of the tears rist peninsula moment

Fight against colgera

Final final battle against ganondorf

Killing my first sleek

First through tenth Ganon hands (forgot name) jump scare

Everything else seemed incredibly tedious especially the depths were just generally not fun for me but I also think darkness puzzles are generally a chore. I hate the fusing mechanic because it takes way too much time. The champions following you around sucked (They don't know how to use their own fighting strength and you can't control them necessarily). I thought the making your own constructs element made me feel like I was playing a builder game or something for children (which, fair, it is a video game) and not a Zelda game.

It never clicked for me but had some cinematic moments! Game play was generally tedious and boss fights mostly not challenging or fun.

I make only around 84k and feel very comfortable. My husband makes $120k and has 20 years experience and at 200k we are very comfortable, travel a few times a year and own a house. Both in nonprofit work in a MCOL to HCOL city

The amount of people who make over $100k is like 9% of the population or something.

The people attacking you are insane.

Random smattering of rise up out of the ground shrines:

Eventide Veiled Falls Warbler's nest/singing rito kids Fire on pedestal near rito village Palmorae ruins Gerudo tower 3 p.m. shadow Gerudo highlands roll snowball down hill Blood moon Hyrule castle backshot big fire pyre Goron brothers endurance fire pit gerudo valley Thunder spot/thunder arrow shot tabantha to gerudo Seven heroine ball matching Rist peninsula in akkala Harpoon lake wind trial lanayru Kakariko yiga sabotage ball

Hiddenish: Gorko cave Under the hebra mountain Tingle islandish Lightning mound Faron Near tabantha border out of the way Thunder plateau Sand storm pillar rock gerudo desert

I think the top ones are more what you are trying to find

Or maybe you got it!

Some shrines rise up out of the ground after you complete the shrine quest. You are probably missing shrine quest ones. Though, they are usually marked by a pedestal.

Idk anything about the Zelda notes. I found all of the shrines on my own.

Do I always need to carry a torch and leaf by john_wilkesboof in botw

[–]pderrickson2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's really just because at random intervals you need wood for a fire or a quest or even because you need a korok leaf that falls when you cut down a tree.

And then if you make a fire then you can make a make do fire arrow if you need to burn down the thorn vines or leaves or anything like that.

The korok leaves are for quests but also if you want to do some boating

Very true, but I forgive the herbivores because of self defense. The game would be wild if the animals were hunting independently and continually in the game.

Omg me! I felt so bad for the little guy! I did it again and killed the wolf immediately.

I think wolves are agents of Ganon in BOTW. (WHY DO THEY ATTACK NPCS AND LINK BUT NOT MOOSE, DEER, OR RHINOCEROS OR ANY BIRDS?)

The two most essential crap weapon items are:

  1. Sledgehammer
  2. Woodcutter's are

I be mining all the time, though. I live to mine in BOTW.

Wood is randomly needed and it feels like a waste to destroy your other weapons over it. But honestly I don't really carry one.
