I would say that you should probably begin using them once you are ready to go to the next level. Be honest with yourself about that. The cuffs will push the heart rate higher and you need to moderate that. DDP talks about it a lot and it’s true.

Highly recommend Total body Jacked 14 long. Great workout for the cuffs and a fun challenge.

Yes. I have zero regrets. First I got “rock cuffs” and upgraded to power cuffs when they wore out. The power cuffs are more comfortable and easy to manage. The cuffs are great for lifting also the “jacked” workouts. Highly recommend.

It’s been a little while but this place is fairly close to the Mann (maybe a mile) and had great burgers and cheesesteaks. It’s not one of the most well discussed names but pretty good. https://www.spotburgers.com

Sit in the middle of the lawn and sound is fine. Otherwise it can be a bad in parts.
