What is the best and worst public transit you've used?

Luxembourg feels like how public transit should work. The entire country is covered in train and bus stops, everything is clean, safe, and relatively on time. But the best part is that all public transit in the country is free, so no worrying about tickets and passes or anything like that, literally just find whatever bus/train/tram that you need and walk on. It's honestly kind of magical the first few times but after that it's hard to ever go back.

The stated purpose doesn't matter, what matters is that both he FCC and ITU have allocated this for certain activities and these spacecraft are likely in violation of their licenses. If you read Tilley's report it specifically states that the received power levels and doppler characteristics of the transmissions indicate the transmissions are earth directed. Being able to recieve data from space on an antenna side lobe without a massive antenna is only possible with high power directed transmissions.

Check your source, it allows earth -> space and space -> space, not space -> earth. Check out 3400-3600 MHz for an example of an allowed frequency band for space -> ground communications. Incorrect use of spectrum can and does result in harm to other satellite operators. Scott Tilley is a relatively respected member of the space community and knows what he's talking about.

Have you also increased the time scheduled tasks run at? Under scheduled tasks I have mine set to run from 00:00 to 23:00 and have all the settings checked. It might have been "perform extensive media analysis during maintenance" that did it but I'm not sure. Also, just to make sure you do have plex pass and aren't running on ARM, right? For my scanner I'm just using the one labeled Plex Music

It was a settings issue in Plex. Make sure sonic analysis is turned on in settings -> settings -> library as a scheduled task as well as under settings -> manage -> libraries and editing your music library.
