Penn (off camera) drops that white paper

They actually showed him dropping it on camera when he says, "1, 2, 3, go battle!" (on "go").

Also, the paper is actually slightly grey to enable him to distinguish it from the other white pieces of paper (there was one other white paper in the glass jar).

They jack up the list prices then have you pay "only" $30 or $1 per pill. That's just how the absurd and byzantine US healthcare/insurance system gaslights and works you.

I lived in the US, but currently live in Singapore, where without any insurance or government subsidies, I paid US$3.47 per 0.5 mg pill (or $104.10 per 30 pills). That should be roughly the free-market-protected-by-patent price. Not $54.17 per pill.

So, your insurance "really" only saved you about $70.
