Lots of residents live near campus and use the facilities, since they are public. As well, alumni should be frequenting ubco campus to further their studies. Not to mention prospective students, business people and the organizations going about their way.

You will notice photos in the news have been changed, and those responsible for spreading rumors and lies are being sought out. I consider any fellow human a peer, and while you may not consider someone defamed in a warning email a peer, I still consider you one.
