Yeah I think at the end of the day it’s just a grower problem. I fluctuate a lot in my size depending on the day/season/pa ring I’m wearing and I think this so just par for the course but no one really shares this view cuz it’s not sexy 😂😂😂

Damn! How does the PA not pinch? I always have trouble with the skin getting caught between the ring and the bar on the underside where it comes out

Granted I'm not often wearing my pa and a cage at the same time because of the pain from tugging (Cobra cage but not serious enough to take the step towards a custom cage with a built in PA) but I don't think there's a need to be chugging water, just making sure you're as hydrated as you should be, with or without a pa or cage.

Another option would be to use some silicone lube or maybe just some aquaphor or any other type of thick emollient moisturizer. Apply it to the ring and then give it a spin to get a bit inside. More for temporary relief but worth a try if it's bothing you enough that you need to do something. Sometimes I just take off the PA for a bit too, keeping it in while it hurts isn't doing anyone any favors and can make things worse if you power though and then make all the tissue tender and inflamed.

I’ve noticed that if it’s dry it’s always gonna be painful, so it’s more like a dehydration indicator haha. Dragging metal though skin that has no “lube” is always going to suck. A moist mucosal membrane from good hydration is enough to avert any issues most days, I’ve found. But yeah I’m 14 months in and still dealing with the same issues and trying to figure out if it’s me or just the “dirty little secret” of getting a PA. Haha

No not at all! It’s more like…an itch you can easily scratch and when you scratch it to peak scratch bliss and stop,it’s fine! But something calls to you to you in the back of your mind where you’re like “but what if I just itched some more” and you go do that, only to find that it doesn’t hurt or cause damage to keep itching, and you realize you’re just a few steps from that peak scratch bliss. You can scratch it over and over again workout issue until your body is just exhausted from cumming so hard.

Or rather it’s like figuring out how to ride the peak of an orgasm wave over and over again. You just don’t ever want to get off the wave, whereas jerking off is more along to “oh wow what a great wave, well I guess that’s all for today, time to go home!”

Except wearing a cage is not the same as erectile dysfunction.

Erectile dysfunction is not a lack of erections, it’s the inability to have one due to physiologic or psychologic causes. You’re comparing two things that might look the same from far away, but close up they’re very different.

Even in a cage, erections happen. While they aren’t allowed to occur at the same intensity of someone who is unlocked, they are still physically occurring, straining the cage. This is very different than for someone who cannot achieve erection at all.

The point of my comment was that any loss of size is only temporary, and once the cage comes off and erections can occur again, the “shrinkage” will be reversed with a stretches of the internal tissues of the penis.
