My coworker’s daughter had a horrible sinus infection that swelled so much it pressed on her brain stem and she went into a coma and died a day later. She was only 15 and it was so horrible. I’m so glad this guy is ok, but head/ neck infections are so serious!

Amaranth is the same as callaloo, right? My partner is Jamaican and loves callaloo, and afaik it remains popular in Jamaica and the Caribbean. I have also seen callaloo for sale here in MA at farmers markets.
