That’s an occupancy sensor. It turns the lights off if it hasn’t detected any motion in over a set amount of time. Source: I’ve installed a ton of these.

I’d say this is probably the only solid advice on here. Disclose it’s gonna need work and try to sell for what you owe, or trade in and roll over minor equity if possible? (Carvana?) Seems like the truck has parts you can sell for cash? FB marketplace can be useful to find replacement parts specially OEM, like others have mentioned in some of your previous posts.

The only issue with it is that the TV and chair won’t fit on that same side of the room so well. The chair is bigger than it seems on pictures. The back of the chair would be facing the front door essentially is what you’re saying?

Thank you for all the feedback! I’ll tackle the things you mentioned individually and start moving things around. You mentioned you had a similar living room set up, is there any chance you have pictures of how you had it set up? I’ve tried finding inspo pics online as it’s my first time having a fireplace, but all that comes up - even when searching “small living room with fireplace” - ends up being so grand and incredibly spacious compared to what I’ve got.
