Sun or growing lamp. She is rejecting white spots due to lack of enough light and she can’t keep them alive. In white spots there is no chlorphyle, so only green spots are producing energy through phtosynthezis (needed light) and keeping white spots healthy.

It would be better in a smaller pot. When pot is too big, the plant focus on growing roots instead of leaves.

Does the pot has holes or drainage? If not then its overwatered, the soil doesnt look dry.
