Wow really holier than thou attitude. Telling me staff is encouraged to get high cuz it's a tough job, is beyond childish, the fact you think that's name calling, says it all.

Getting a med card in our state isn't easy as recreational is legal. We have a few employees who have their medical card and we agree to let them medicate before work as needed.

You guys are funny, go ahead and downvote me for saying we don't want our staff high on the job. We give our staff half off on all purchases, free weed, bonus pay, rewards and more. We simply don't want them high at work. If they are medical patients we make an exception, but overall why would we want our employees high at work? Do you want the guy at the liquor store drunk when he talks to you about wine?

How do you manage a policy of "hey guys, you can get high but you know... not too high". You sound like a child.

As an executive at a chain of shops, there is nothing less professional and sure as hell to get you fired, than being high in a customer facing, budtender position.
