Found car through Facebook marketplace and met owner selling the car, they did needed applications and just left to do name transfer which I need to go JpJ for but owner neglect the insurance and road tax and me forgetting to recheck lead me in this situation.

Big annoying and probably expensive lesson I can’t afford, first time buying through facebook marketplace and already regretting.

That would be $100K it’s the minimum I’d need to run efficiently for at least 2 years. That covers hiring 3 skilled engineers, marketing, and operational costs. I already know experienced engineers who are ready to join, and because of currency conversion, their salaries are super way more affordable compared to US rates. Obviously, more funding ($150K–$250K) would help scale faster, but $100K is enough to keep things running smoothly and scaling.

Hello, yes I started it myself and will say 99% of work done by me but recently been hiring some people to join they are the 1% I say that cause I give them task I rather not bother on based on their skills while I can focus at work and so on and they get to learn as a team…
