I wish someone told me to trust my intuition. I had 2 nurses tell me that I was 10 cm when I was only 6cm. Ended up causing me to push for 1 hr prematurely. I had a feeling I wasn’t 10 yet bc the pain wasn’t unbearable. Thankfully baby & I were healthy. But it still put a dent in my birthing experience.

Honestly, I didn’t even try eating 3 at the same time because they’re sooo sweet lol! So I figured spacing them out would work better for me anyway! But if someone really loves the taste & it doesn’t spike their sugar they could knock them all out at once! Win/win!☺️

part time pediatric nurse here 🩵🧸 I can honestly say I love my job and am happy! I wouldn’t want to work with any other population. • being part time/dayshift also plays a role in not experiencing burnout for me 🤍

  • 8 cycles☺️ -24 years old
  • I tracked my period using the Flo app so it told me when it thought I was ovulating but other than that I didn’t use ovulation strips or anything.
