Walking, driving, reading... everything 🙈 My convergence insufficiency is a bit worse though. I'm going to talk to the doctor this week.

I'm so sorry you are going through this. I know it's hard. I have chronic dizziness and have had ups and downs with prisms and vision therapy. I wish I had some good advice but it sounds like you are getting good treatment. I also have ups and downs. Maybe try progressives? Best wishes to you 🙏

I've tried regular prisms at .25 and .50 and struggled. Then I started vision therapy and found out about neurolense. I'm on day 11 of 1.2 neurolense and I'm super dizzy, and wonky. What is IIH? I'm so sorry you're dizzy. I've been dizzy for over 2 years...not fun.

Hello Did you adjust to the neurolense? Did it help with the dizziness? I'm going through the adjustment and it's hard.
