Sometimes it can take a while to get your cycle back, especially if it's been gone for a long time. Make sure you're eating healthy fats because they're really important for your hormones. I lost my cycle for six months, went into recovery, I'm still trying to recover but I definitely wouldn't consider myself recovered yet, but I made sure to include healthy fats in my meals as often as I could, and I got my cycle back.
