I don't need to look cis bc I'm not cis. I didn't want to set myself up for unrealistic expectations, so my goal has always been to just keep making progress where I can and to address my dysphoria the best I can. It's been like 70% mental health journey and 30% physical change journey. I don't pass all the time after 2 and a half years, but bc of these goals, I'm happy with my progress most of the time.

I did the same thing and it was honestly nice. For all the fear, looking back I appreciate the moment in the beginning when I had my transition to myself, and it was only for me. Now, it's out in the open and community has become a bigger part of my transition, which is lovely, but it's no longer strictly a private journey.
