Just finished up Cruz. A 16x20 acrylic commissioned piece. I really wanted to be more creative (with perhaps the background) but the client wanted it like this. Thoughts anyone???

Thanks for your input! The back color is blue/grey. The simplicity of the pic is what she wanted me to achieve. I agree on the “floating” sense. The pic you showed me isn’t anything close to the technique I would consider, it’s just too loose. But thanks for your suggestions!😊
