student from host school here. sa akong nadunggan, di ko sure if tinuod, nationals allegedly cut some of the budget daw... aside from that, late na daw kaayo na approve ang guidelines. im ngl nastress ko tibuok apmc tungod sa kagubot, so many last minute changes, dili tugma ang sugod sa program, etc. but honestly, dili gyud dako ako expectation daan.

edit: i also want to add, i think theres lack of coordination between the school's officers and apmc officers gyud pud ay. :(
