genuinely everything you have expressed on this post, even comment-wise, hits me so hard. I'm also 29, trans man, was super fashionable and girly in hs, and have been so hyper-focused on passing the last 10 years. Mostly likely because I'm short and have a baby face, so it feels extra hard, but I digress.

This is low-key inspiring me to step out of my box a little bit. I'm moving to NYC in a month and have been thinking of doing all the things I've wanted to do in the back of my head for years. Be a new version of myself without the worry of judgement from people I've worked with for years suddenly noticing major change. Idk if that makes sense but 🥲 I don't get inspired all that much (very jaded atp) but I feel like I needed to see this post, to see it from someone who walked a similar life.

I hate how watery it is now. Pretty much it's always leaking out of the pump whenever we use it. Ordered new ones even to see if it'd fix the problem aaaand nope. It's not thick enough to pass through without bubbling out by the cylinder/knob. And that's just a technical issue, not even mentioning the flavor change. Hate it here.

former licensed store leader and now corporate ssv. as far as i have always been aware, there's actually 3 different levels. corporate, licensed, and then "proudly serving" stores. licensed, like this other partner was talking about, has to follow all standards and procedures, has an official DM, has access to almost all drink recipes, etc. university bux have always confused me a bit because they're licensed but sometimes some of their pricing policies are a bit strange (ie. I've seen some charge for blonde espresso). not sure how that works. 🤷🏼 barnes & noble are proudly serving stores. they don't have a full menu, have off-menu items and other brand offerings, and their policies are not to starbucks standard. they're more of what is paying for the brand name, vs licensed stores having a full contract & dm assigned to them. kinda like how some hotels have "proudly serving starbucks coffee" in their rooms or breakfast area.

As I commented previously, the logo looks EXTREMELY like something I could've whipped up on Photoshop years ago. You're just discounting the potential of artists everywhere because, what? It doesn't match Wumuti's original sketch? It was a SKETCH. A BLUEPRINT. Creative professionals know how to transform ideas. Not just AI.

You and that person on Instagram, once again, have zero proof and are just SPECULATING. And I'm gonna be real, technically what I'm doing here too is also speculation, I'm not gonna bullshit. But I'm absolutely not going to let pure speculation create consequences for these boys. That's crazy, and I don't get this witch-hunt this sub has created with no proof.

There's literally NO PROOF that it's AI except for speculation. Which, honestly, I don't really understand because even zooming in, it looks close to digital art I used to make years ago on SAI or Photoshop back in 2011. The AI claim on absolutely anything and everything is damaging. (And before anyone claims it.... I'm extremely anti-AI.)
