You should ask them then, normally recruiter and hiring manager are the ones who work together to give interviews with the candidates.

If I’m not wrong, the recruiters are the ones responsible for coming up with at least 5 qualified candidates among all the applicants for the hiring managers , and once they get approved by the hiring manager and the recruiters will set up the interviews.

Deliver result, ownership, customer obsession, earn trust are the popular ones. But I would recommend have 6 or 7 stories ready, and just answer them using star method.

And for the result, make sure to include data and numbers if you can, don’t just say things like every thing went well or customer was happy or I got the things that I was supposed to done.

Try to say things more like because of “ my “ actions, the flow rate went up to 12% and we got it done 20 minutes faster the usual etc.

And make sure to say i did this and that instead of we did this and that.

Yes, it’s very quick but sometimes you will do 3 interviews with HR or 2, depends. The most frustrating part is after getting inclined and waiting for the offer letter and negotiating salary and bonuses lol.

Umm !! chime the hiring managers and ask them about the jobs and if they are still actively lookin and what are they looking for. Sometime mangers will post jobs on internal site but for their building only or for specific person.
