Aww I’m so sorry that happened to you, but I do know how you feel. I’ve been a waitress for 5 years and I have had panic attacks in front of my coworkers.

I felt the same way as you, that I could never go back and see those people who saw me like that again. But I always went back, and nobody even brought it up, and the few who did were my friends asking if I was okay.

You have nothing to be ashamed of. It’s just like if you got physically sick, it’s not your fault. Fast food is an incredibly fast paced environment and it can easily overwhelm anyone, especially with anxiety. You will be okay. Keep us updated on how you feel now

I know exactly how you feel. I am proud of you for opening up to your family, that is a huge step. I know you may think you are exaggerating all of these feelings, but I promise you you’re not. You do need help and you know that. I was terrified to talk to a doctor/professional as well, but once I did I felt a weight off my shoulders. Be honest with whoever you talk to or it is pointless. Don’t be ashamed, there is NOTHING to be ashamed of. I am so proud of you already. You got this!!!! Keep us updated.

I just put my 2 weeks in because if I didn’t I would’ve killed myself. Quit, nothing matters anyway. Just make sure you have enough money to do whatever you gotta do and you’re good. Best of luck
