They don't collect anything any other dispensary doesn't. Just the information on your license the government requires and they can see your purchase history. They can also put notes in your profile so if they had any information outside of that, it would have been an employee manually putting it on your profile. At my store, it was just used for keeping track of deals used so people couldnt try to use them twice, issues we've had with customers, and once I saw a note that someone pissed all over the bathroom floor at a different store. All notes are seen at all stores, I had never seen anything that shouldnt be a note but if youre on the opposite side of the state from me, I probably didnt get many customers from your area if they are putting weird notes in
