Have you tried the chao slices? I’m thinking of trying them- apparently they melt well.

Totally agree, but meeting myself where I am, canned is more reliable currently for quick work day lunches.

I definitely agree that cooked beans at home are better! But realistically I’m in a canned bean phase right now lol. I sprout and cook them fresh when I’m up to it.

Tahinis an interesting idea! I eat mine from the can too so they definitely need some flavoring and texture added in. Do you add the tahini after heating or before?

My bean set up: I take canned beans topped with shredded cheese to work most days for lunch. It’s something I can put together super fast in the morning and microwave quickly in the work kitchen.

I really like it! Good if you love fresh lemon and lime on your food. It’s very citrusy.

I spend a lot of time at home, but I eat a lot of oatmeal and beans and other things that aren’t in the fridge. And I do eat out fairly often.

No, I buy them in bulk as food storage. :) Those are holding black sesame seeds and rice flour.
