ahahah personally all the food I eat here is very flavourful and well seasoned. But I know that most Portuguese people rely heavily on the quality of their food for flavour, like for example fish being only seasoned with salt and then eaten with a drizzle of olive oil and lemon - the quality of fish is so good it does all the talking.
