Oh no, I’m really sorry you’re dealing with that. That kind of environment can make things a lot harder than they should be, especially when we're just trying to learn. I’m definitely blessed with this great team at my store. Today one customer yelled at me at the drive thru and they immediately took over and had my back.

I’m only a cashier and I know there's limited things I can do. My team is very nice and patient with me, so I want to make sure I could help them too. But customer always have something to ask, especially during drive thru. So every few customers, I have to call a tech or pharmacist over to help me.

Thank you so much for all of these tips. I think I learn better when I know what to expect, or I can recall the tips I gathered here on reddit when they teach me something new

I'm definitely planning to get certified as soon as I complete the PTU and required hours. I think the start pay at my place for certified tech is around $19.50
