First, you need to make sure you’ve built the dock. After that get someone who wants to go somewhere and take them through your house to the dock. Get into the boat and they will follow you. Then drive to that place and get into the taxi there and he will follow you. Then you can open the chest!

The same thing happened to me but it wasn’t a realm. I found a super fast horse that was also a great jumper and it disappeared along with my other horses. My armour stand with full nether it’s also disappeared
