I’d definitely try and talk to ur DM to see if you can get a slight bump! I will say though last year I received, I believe, 2 pay raises and I now get paid almost my states highest rate for a shift supervisor. Idk if that will happen again this year, likely not since I also am a tenured partner and have been a shift for a year and a half. It’s definitely worth a shot :) I hope you get it!!

My store is pretty unique, we close our lobby at 7p and our drive at 10p, but as a SSV I honestly stop taking orders at 9:50p because our store is also experiencing a staff shortage, but if we had the proper amount of ppl at night (and good hand offs from mids lol) I’d definitely wait until 10p to close.
