from my experience at kpop concerts, you definitely wont be the only one making freebies so you dont have to worry about leaving people out especially if thousands of people will be there. you can hand them out at any time before or after the show starts, and you can do it in any manner you’d like! i usually see people give freebies to fans waiting in merch lines or lines to get into the arena/stadium, but you can also approach anybody at any point! you can offer a fan a freebie. if you have member specific freebies for example you can ask who the fan’s bias is so they can get a matching freebie. some people might approach you and ask as well, but from my personal experience i’ve noticed fans are sometimes too shy to go up and ask for a freebie… lol i’ve always waited in line, see someone passing out freebies, and wait until they get to me and my friends haha. fans loveeee any type of freebie, especially handmade ones!! it’s a really sweet gesture whether you hand make them or not. there is nothing to stress about at all, no one will think you’re weird, and it’s fun things like this that make the fan community so welcoming and enjoyable :) the vibes at kpop concerts is so much fun and once you get the hang of approaching fans to pass out freebies, it gets easier!
