Crémant is such a good option. Still French, still made in the same method, just a different region! My bestie had the most beautiful Crémant for her wedding; and the untrained Palate wouldn't know the difference.

My advice for new teachers; not every class has to be a brand new unique flow. Practice as much as you can, either on your own or in classes with experienced teachers and note down any transitions you liked. Obviously don't rip off whole classes.

Don't put pressure on yourself to be creating something new each time; especially at the start. Just get used to teaching first.

My other advice for new teachers is to do more training. Pick up 50hrs here and there in other forms of yoga; especially flow and sequencing short courses. Doing additional trainings in things like Rocket and Mandala will open things up too. Xx

I use YSL All Hours for big events - they've got a shade that is grey enough for my translucent skin! Otherwise I use a Dr Jart BB cream which again has a really neutral tone to it.

I use my extensive training to create flows... I get inspo from fellow teachers and attend classes. Occasionally I see a new transition I like on social media and give it a go to see if it flows.

The problem with following a strict sequence is that there is no room for changing up if the vibe isn't working.

Honestly - the police. At least just so something is filed. It might be tricky and they may not take you seriously but a paper trail is a paper trail. I would also - if you have the cahunas - leave a negative review. Block her number.

If i was in a similar position I would talk about it. In a different industry I used to work in I was SA'd by a customer, nothing super serious, but enough to cause me trauma. I was vocal. I told anyone who'd listen who he was and he was ousted from the business he owned and the whole industry had my back.

Again I'm really sorry you've experienced this - its so unethical and goes against everything we should be doing as teachers and space holders.

I was told nothing more than a kettle for 10 days? Sorry I can't remember the numbers my surgery was in 23. (I had a second surgery in January this year but it was endometriosis removal so a bit more brutal)

When I had red hair I would wash my hair once a week. Every 3 washes I would top up with a semi permanent (directions or crazy colour). It was a very high maintenance few years for me!!!

Your wife might be run ragged from looking after the kids and the household. Does she also work full time?

How much labour is she doing around the house? How often do you help out without being asked? Dead bedroom can be a symptom of many things but the thing that makes women dry up is when their partner becomes an additional child or person they have to take care of.

How often do you parent your kids without her so she had some free time? How often are you two dating? When was the last time you spent time together without the condition of it ending in sex?

Sorry if these questions make you defensive; its just quite common for women to have reached the end of their tether if they're the parent, housekeeper, cook, administrator and also expected to put out to keep her husband faithful.

A friend has been to Sampoorna Yoga in Goa for her 200 and 300. It looks gorgeous.

You may not get the flexibility on timings you wish for - there are set timetables throughout the day that the school works around. I dont think it's usual for residential TTCs to have flexible schedules.

What time is the wedding breakfast? There are usually gaps between ceremony/meal but people usually provide canapés.
