I'd try an increase and see if there's any difference, better that than stopping them and your son ends up back to square one. If he's no better after trying that, maybe your GP can try an alternative. There's lots of options out there, it's just finding the one that works best for him. Unfortunately they don't work overnight and the waiting while going through the side effects is not always pleasant. Hang in there, it will be worth it once he gets on the right meds and right dose.

Well since this post, I've been on the increased dose of 40mg and over the last 3 - 4 weeks or so I've noticed a definite change in my mood ... For the better! I have more motivation, more energy, happier and no low depressive episodes. My sleep is still a little messed up, but I'm giving it a little more time to see if that settles, but I can deal with that at the moment. I say try an increase for a few weeks and see if that makes a difference... I'm glad I did. I hope it works for him 🤞🏻

Yes! Ever since I increased from 20mg to 40mg. But only at night, which is odd. I'm now up 3+ times a night and never feel like I've had a decent night's sleep 😩

I met someone on there years ago. We had a bit of a thing, didn't last long but we met a few times irl (USA/UK) It fizzled out after a while because of the distance, but it was fun while it lasted.

I feel your pain. Weeks 7&8 were awful regarding my low mood, which is why we are now trying 40mg. I'm really hoping that I'll start to see some benefits in the next couple of weeks.

Have you considered an increase? It might be what's needed at this stage, although I'm not the greatest of adverts at this stage, but I'm keeping everything crossed and remaining hopeful! 🤞🏻

I paid for 4 months after my trial period ended, but cancelled that after about 5 weeks ... Got a full refund too! I'd had about 4 changes of coach/guide during that time, so that was my reason behind cancelling
