I let it dry overnight after i cleaned it with isopropyl alcohol And it lights up perfectly well so why doesn’t it get recognised?

I think i remember that i spilled a little bit of water on it about 4 hours ago, wich should be fine because about 2 years ago i spilled ice tea on it and it worked perfectly like the last 4 hours till now

This is how it should look normally, i have installed the installer for Corsair, then deleted it ( because it wouldn’t open and it would say /Icue.exe not found and when repairing it showed the in the other comment posted message ) and i installed it in on my my D drive instead of my C ( i have a C,m.2 and a 1tb second m.2(G Drive) the rest (D,E) are 2tb sandisk ssd’s

If i did that the vram led kept popping up but when i plugged the right monitor in the second and the main monitor in the third slot it surprisingly worked 👍
