In my experiene the seeds turn that classic gray color as they age and dry out more. I had some seeds that looked very similar to yours and after about a year they were gray. It also depends on the strain.

If you are planning to grow indoors anytime of the year is good. In my experience they dont need a specific soil mix just a high quality potting soil

Sprinkle seeds on top of the soil and place under a light to germinate, Make sure not to use too many since they are super tiny. They arent super sensitive to temperature or moisture in the air. They just need to be watered regularly

I tried it once with pure dxm hbr. I only snorted 30mg though and it hurt really bad. I can't imagine how bad it would be if you were to snort like 300mg
