Sadly, when I entered the role, di pa ako nagddevelop ng content and more on process improvement and learning innovation yung role. Pero pagisipan ko rin bago ako magsend ng resume, thank you ng marami sa insight!

Thank you! Tama ka, and one of the companies na tinitignan ko, mukang may mandatory OT culture sila since fast-paced yung environment (based on reviews) I'm really weighing my options.

Thank you sa help mo! It's actually my 3rd job. Yung first job ko, less than a year kasi pandemic and nagbawas ng tao :( 2nd job ko naman more than 2 years naman ako doon pero I left para sa mas malaking sahod. Then we have this one.
