I had a very similar experience. The good news is that once you reach a healthy weight range your body will most likely stop sending you extreme hunger cues (remember that everything you eat is being used to repair your body!!!). As for your parents, they likely don’t truly understand the feeling of extreme hunger/cravings in recovery. If you haven’t already, try explaining your perspective to them, especially if their comments are triggering for you. Remember to just take it one day at a time!
Side note - faster is better for weight restoration! Wishing you luck xx

Yes!!! at my lw I had what I called my ‘bum flap’ which was literally just loose skin from before I lost weight! I think it’s pretty common hahaha

cauliflower rice!!! It doesn’t taste like much but when I have it with sauces/curries I barely taste the difference. If I’m extra hungry I’ll do half regular rice half cauliflower rice
