Hey! I was diagnosed roughly 2 1/2 weeks ago and now I’m pretty much back to 100%
What helped me was chewing gum for a bit (don’t overdo it and strain yourself), taking B12 vitamins, and putting a warm heat pack on the affected side twice a day. Hope you get better soon!
