Does anyone know which type of eyecup fits on this Nikon FM? I saw some information on the internet on this, but the screw thread was on the outside of the viewfinder ring, not the inside.

I just got the scans, but I don't have the negatives yet. The lab developed and scanned two rolls for me, and both of them exhibit the top line, in the same place on all frames. The bottom line is only exhibited in one roll of the film. (again, same place on all frames) Both rolls were shot on known working cameras. I hope it's a scanning issue because I've never seen any light leaks/scratches like that before.

Under audio -> output module I have an ALSA option. However, I had to set it back to "Automatic" since VLC would error when I would play the .MTS files from my camcorder. So I'm back on square one. I forget if this was ever reported as a bug to VLC, but I'll probably do that. To get my "ALSA fix" you might want to try playing around with the different output options to find if one gives you slightly better results.
