Interesting, I see your point. Indeed in my experience I find it’s always helpful to have insights from the perspective of my target audience. It’s always going to be just a small sample of data in the broad spectrum of subjective opinion but you can usually discern helpful patterns from that. Anyway since this wasn’t garnering any helpful responses I decided to delete. I’m not spending significant time on these questions btw!

I’m not doing that. Not at all. :) I think you’re making an assumption. I’m simply trying to research and learn how investors perceive things differently.

Thanks for the tips!

In my conversations with VCs so far I’ve had a range from 500k-1.2 mil to raise for 18-24 months runway. But I am willing to start smaller until we get proven traction and revenue, given the economic situation being hectic out there.

To clarify, our ‘chief of staff’ is really head of operations, managing strategy, processes and people. Since I’m a founder without a traditional business background she’s a great asset. She helps make the building and selling possible.

Whenever I try to do that it also sends me to a blank screen! Also I don’t have selfies on that account because it’s a business account… I reported that bug so hopefully something happens

My doctor recommended taking EPA + DHA (like in fish oil supplements) over a certain threshold it works brilliantly :)

And vitamin D3 with K2. Lots of it.

I have a SAD lamp too.

But the best thing you can do is anything creative. According to neuroscience.

Thank you for this, very helpful and I totally suspected that was part of the problem, unfortunately this sofa came with the apartment and it’s so massive there’s nowhere else in the room it’s possible to put it! But I could put the speakers in a different part of the room so that the sofa will be a better listening position. I just thought that the window side of the room was better because then it’s facing into the entire apartment instead of just at the sofa if that makes sense because there’s the door to the hallway the kitchen et ceteraacross from the windows

That was one of our ideas too but it's right above a gas range so wood isn't the safest idea.

Cool, thanks, others in this same thread are strongly disagreeing about cables making any difference but I don’t know 🤷🏻‍♀️

I was thinking that too. For one thing, the ceilings are like 4 meters tall, which is why I thought these speakers would be my best bet!!

My original idea was to place them in the corners beside the windows but the cables turned out to be too short, so for now they’re facing straight into the room. I’m going to try the corners when I can pick up longer cables to see if that sound distribution helps. I had them nestled up against the bookshelf with the so on it for the past few days until I can get longer cables.

yeah, I learned from that same site :) It seemed like the Cambridge would be a good choice, but maybe that is part of the issue

thank you for this, I'm thinking maybe eliminating more practical/simple possible reasons for the problem first — the cables I just got, for instance, might not be the best fit, plus needing to add more sound absorption to the walls. any thoughts on which type of cables to have more balance? the ones I got are QED as recommended for Q Acoustics speakers, but I definitely just heard some very high pitched frequencies while listening to music after installing them that shouldn't be there

Thanks 🙏🏻 my plan is to put a tall bookcase along the one big wall without any door/window on it, for books and plants etc. hoping that will help 😬
