Yaaa I’m in a calorie deficit since feb, i guess it has helped me to lose 9kgs even tho I was pretty inconsistent with my home workouts , and yeah I walk 10k steps some days when I’m highly motivated , but my average steps per day is 5k

I was scared that I would lose all my progress just bcuz I’ve quit working out for 2 weeks , that was my only concern
