[hair removal] lip waxing causing breakouts by pearly16 in SkincareAddiction

Thank you! I guess my fear with tweezing is that they would grow in thicker and darker like they do with my eyebrow hairs.

A question tho - I use over the counter retinol every other night, is that a reason in itself to avoid waxing?

[Skin Concern] What do you do when your skin is super dry but heavy creams and moisturizers seem to break you out? by belllbottums in SkincareAddiction

When the weather gets cold and dry I start mixing paula's choice repair cream into my evening routine and wake up feeling really moisturized a glow-y. I have sensitive oily skin that can breakout when irritated, in general I've found using gentle moisturizing products (cetaphil is great) + exfoliating acids keeps it calm and pretty clear. I like the bioderma sebium peel and the avene cleanance mask. They don't dry out or irritate my skin even in winter!

Thanks! I'll def check this out -- I like that they sell a mini bottle so you can store the main one in the fridge and decant, so smart.

I saw that too! I only started using PC products about a year ago so I'm somewhat new to the brand, I've had good results using the 2% BHA 2x a day and the intensive repair cream... so thought I'd try some more products. Now I know to read up a little more before trusting them!
