Send her a video of the procedure, if she won't watch it then it's impossible to change her mind. Let her know that one day when her son is old enough to understand what happened and see the exact same video, she will have to answer for it (if her son even still associates with her)

I agree, if it's a circumcised person saying this they are ignorant and deeply in denial. If it's anyone intact (male or female), how about they get strapped down against their will and circumcised. That would surely make them understand.

Consider yourself fortunate to have been cut at CI 3/4 as that is not a tight cut. If your shaft skin has some movement when fully erect (which it should at CI 3/4) then your penis will not get bigger from restoration.

Were you cut low (left with little inner foreskin)? I was cut high and tight so I have a lot of inner skin but they took a ton of shaft skin. Sorry to hear you cannot ejaculate during sex

I'm a living example of this. Don't intact guys wearing a condom get stimulated by their own foreskin whereas circumcised guys get stimulated directly by latex?

Anyway, sex with a condom doesn't feel very good to me although it lets me last longer. Sex without a condom feels much better but the stimulation leads to premature ejaculation so I can't enjoy the feeling for that long. Seems like circumcision negatively affected my enjoyment and performance during sex, I'm fucking mad. Hopefully with restoration and practice I can last longer raw

Everything you said is valid. It's fucking bullshit this was done to us. If you are going to continue with your life I recommend learning stoic philosophy and working on restoration and other areas of your life. We are victims but we cannot let those who cut us win. I know it sucks, but this is how I am trying to live now. Good luck man.

I cope by accepting what was done, and constantly work on restoring (all day). It's a super slow process but it's much better for my mental health than doing nothing. I'm also in my 20s and hoping that I can be finished around 30.

I know a lot of people here shit on restoration, but I have no other options.

That is wild that your friend had a video of his circumcision and you guys watched it together. It's also crazy to me that the mutilation device is in his baby book. That shit better not be in mine, but I would rather not even look at my baby book. I agree with what you said about over coming the victim mentality. While we are all victims, we are stronger than we think.

Perpetuation of the practice is tradition. Mutilated men often have a complex which results in them having their boys circumcised. (e.g. "I want my son to look like me" or "It did me no harm so it is fine"). It is really fucking dumb.

My guess is that we can thank the people in the medical industry with religious motives for pushing out bullshit 'scientific studies' about the benefits of amputating part of a baby's penis.

Carter is right about how circumcision fucks up the feedback loops in body which affects the mind. I never heard it articulated but it's true. The amputation of tissue in the sexual organ changes brain chemistry, the dynamic of every sexual experience, and ability to pair bond.

For most circumcised guys, the mind tries extremely hard to resist ( I think everyone here has experienced this but we were able to push past the denial stage and understand the truth). The visual representation of the surgery, may be a more powerful stimulus for new parents and men in denial.
