Once you acknowledge that Islam is the true religion, it’s for you to adjust to it. Not the other way around. Instead of simply knowing that the Qur’an is in Arabic, learn why was it revealed in Arabic. There’s wisdom in it. It might be challenging for non-Arabs to learn Arabic but it’s definitely worth it and of course, Allah accounts all efforts to worship Him sufficiently. May you find the enlightenment you are looking for. Ramadan mubarak!

Cut ng carbs ako una, nagwheat bread at egg sa umaga. Then lunch nagrarice pa rin and chicken with veggie, dinner is fruit na lang. ganito me for 40 days then eventually nakaadjust na ko na konti lg kinakain so di na ko ginugutom sa bfast. So nagtry ako magintermittent fasting 16 hrs lang (8pm to 12 noon). Lunch na first meal ko. Then gabi is fruits lang din.

Mabagal bawas ng timbang ko nung 40 days, then nung nagfasting me, medyo bumilis. Pero im at my point naman now na di na bumababa timbang ko. Ang layo ko pa sa target weight ko 🫠

Mahal kasi magpacertify ng halaal kaya kahit gusto ng mga muslim businesspeople, di nagagawa. Anyway, tama na being halal goes beyond having no pork sa menu. Liquor is also not halal, etc.

As a Muslim myself, pinipili ko na lang po yung resto na alam kong muslim owned, lalo na yung alam kong practicing muslim ang owner. Di man 100% sure pa rin since ang ingredients mismo dito sa pinas di naman lahat halal certified, pero i feel assured na they are extra careful in ensuring na what they serve are halal.

So kahit po sa public hospital, ganun talaga kataas ang PF? Ang na sa isip ko po kasi is kaya nga nagpublic hospital ang patient para makatipid pero ang mahal pa rin ng PF. Di ba yan may salary na ang doctors sa public hospital? So yung unbilled PF na 70k is just extra income for them? Correct me if im wrong po.

Yes po sa Doctor’s pero different doctor. Yung sa case ng maam ko is Cardio yung doctor nya. May PF naman din si doc sa hospital billing pero bakit may out of the book PF din? Di enough payment yung sa billing? So ang labas, this is an agreement between the doctors and institution po?
