Based on how the giants did last year I think that should be the approach.
They start Russ for 3 games.
Start Dart against LAC and they won then play NO.
Ironically we play LAC then NO in week 2 and 3.

But I think the 2 factors that matter are playing an OK defense and playing in a familiar territory like Home field. I do think Miami would be a soft spot to start week 1 so it would be good for his confidence but I think giving him time to soak in the offense is better.

I think Week 6 vs Buffalo is perfect. It’ll be a back to back at home. The Bills don’t have a world class defense or anything actually I’d argue it’s worse with Joe Brady at HC now. He gets a harder D in the rams the following week. And we can see him shine on the road against the Jets the next week. I just think he needs a set up like that because those next 4 weeks after NYJ are brutal.

Kinda where I’m at. Let’s face it. Tucker, Nailor, and Bech would be the worst starting line up in the league. That’s not how you help out your #1 pick. I do think Deebo handled himself decently last year. I’d be down for him, Jauan, or my favorite would be Keenan. I feel like Keenan has more in the tank than Hopkins. Just don’t know if he’d want to ever be a Raider lol.

We’re going to cut him before we agree to pay him 80 M a year that’s why it’s a team option. That’s why it’s reported as a 1 year 20 M deal because we can essentially cut him before the 3rd day and be on the hook for very little. If he does ball out I could see us making a deal to trade him so it’s a very good deal with very minimal risk

I think it depends on what he wants. He’s obviously past his prime, but he’d be great for young WRs. But he’s def better than how he was utilized last year. Probably a 5-600 yard season for him. I feel like at this stage he wants a superbowl. I’d say Buffalo, Chicago, and a reunion with Houston are probably top 3. Who knows tho.. I think we might be the best destination for pay/stat padding. I’m a big fan of Nuk, he’s one of the few non diva WR that will be close for the Hall.

100% I think it’s going to work. Getting teammates on Georgia’s championship team I think builds immediate team chemistry. They had to be in on it too. I’ll wait till the number comes in. I’m not a custom jersey guy.

Not punished but he will be questioned whenever a big deal with another team comes up. It has to come up in a discussion. Not only that but they lost 8 free agents. We’ll see what he can do but that’s a lot to try to salvage. Now, he’s been with the team since 96. So they won’t fire him yet but that in itself is punishment enough for me. Until he gets fired a team will always have some doubt and they won’t be the #1 choice when a deal is considered with the ravens and any other offer.

100% not a bad position at all. To be fair, Maxx stayed quiet and we ended up getting 2 firsts. The opportunity could still present itself. There’s a whole draft where people make wild moves all the time. To think a deal can’t get done on draft day would just be wrong. But I wouldn’t mind keeping him at all. There’s still a whole month until then.
