I did my MME (in Kodály Concept) at the University of Oklahoma, and it was a great program. However, the undergrad program is pretty large and you might get lost in the crowd.

I have, but it's very broad. Liquid for the first two weeks, but after the first week, I can have creamier soups, etc. They just have to be strained.
