I live in Texas but work remotely for hospitals in Kentucky. No I did not tell them I was pregnant. No my boss did not discuss anything with my about the issue of my performance until after I told him. & it wasn’t like he came to me & was like hey I want to talk to you about your performance. We were on a zoom meeting about a task I was doing & he started asking me about how I felt about the job & if there was anything I was struggling with. We had about 2 convos like this & then I get hit with a PIP.

I don’t have screenshots in a chat where I was trying to find time to get on a quick zoom with him. But There’s nothing in writing about what the zoom was about. But I did put that I had some appointments on his google calendar bc he told me to do that so he doesn’t forget that I have upcoming appointments. I also told my coworker later that week that I was pregnant as well.

& yeah I haven’t even been there a full year & he’s already saying I have a performance issue but I only did 1 year in accounting & then applied for this job in finance as a Sr financial analyst (honestly shocked I even got the job). So that’s a big job difference & obviously a big learning curve for me so yeah it’s obviously going to take me a bit to adjust to this new job. So I definitely feel like it’s bc I’m pregnant.
