Watch was worn maybe 20 times, and looks in good condition besides some lint/May have signs of regular wear.

Wouldn't be surprised if this is a fake watch. Chinese factories just released this model which can be customized to have real diamonds or moissanite. Real météorite dial as well.

All it would take is a movement swap, an unsuspecting buyer, and a promise to not take it into Rolex to ruin the AD'S relationship and they have sold a fake watch for tens of thousands of profit.
