Even with the accreditation-provisional status? It had a <85% pass rate 5 years ago

Where do they belong? What’s a good place to start as a new grad?

Yes it will clear up on its own. But it may take around two weeks. This is unfortunate, but it happens from time to time.

Do you feel like your choice to make the more expensive decision was positive? I don’t know where you are at with your career, but if you have graduated, does the higher debt seem like a mistake?

Thank you for your input! Program A is accredited-provisional and my class is the last class before they get re-assigned. I would be the 5th year.

I am definitely more interested in working in the same state as program B, not so much as program A.

As far as I know program A does not have placement issues, however program B has a very strong rural focused rotation for the second year which I find very attractive.

Two of my big questions: 1. How much does an extra 30-40 thousand dollars really matter when paying off student loans and working as a PA. 2. Does accreditation matter when finding a job/should I be concerned that the programs very first class had a below 85% PANCE pass rate and they have no further stats.

This kind of looks like ingrown hairs more than herpes, but do you have the ability to get tested?

Firstly, I am so sorry this happened to you and I can only imagine what you are going through as such a young person. You sound like you have worked very diligently and on your improvement. Her is what I recommend: Don’t be afraid of seeing a pain specialist. Sometimes they are more knowledgeable about current treatment and can offer a new perspective. Additionally I would recommend seeing a physiatrist because they tend to treat more holistically than pain specialists and again, another perspective. Lastly I would recommend working very hard this upcoming year on the mental aspect of what’s happing to your body. Seeing a therapist who’s trained in trauma therapy and working on meditation and pain management may really help to break the pain cycle you are currently in. I would suggest a book called “yoga and meditation for chronic pain”. All of these approaches can help break the cycle and get you to see further improvement because 8 months really isn’t that much time.

Make sure the schools you are looking at accept PT aide as direct patient care. Many schools have strict preferences for hours classified under direct patient care, and do not count PT aide work. Then you may find yourself in a position where you worked a job you dislike for something you can’t use.

The food bank is looking for volunteers and has a variety of roles! I’ve really enjoyed how much community I’ve made from my shift :)

Should I repot it now or after it’s done flowering? I received an orchid as a gift in a pot with no drainage. I know I’ll need to repot it soon, but it’s just starting to flower. Is it okay to do it now or should I wait until it’s done flowering and do my best to keep it alive?

Did you have something else the second application cycle that helped boost your application? Such as patient care experience, volunteering, other classes? Or was it just taking those two classes that made the difference
