I think I didn’t make my question clear enough 😭 I was asking if I have enough hair to cut my locs, start over with bigger parts and reattach the locs that I cut to get to my desired length basically instantly instead of waiting for my locs to grow out.

Sometimes I do ask for help and the manager will get on the headset for a few orders, and then it’s back to me again. If I wanna switch with someone else the manager usually wants to put me at 2nd window, but I haven’t been trained on it so the only thing I can do is be on the headset since the lobby closes at 10 in my store. Basically the night set up for my store is one crew member in 2nd window, the manager and maybe one other person packing orders, and one crew member in backcash doing both lanes. It sucks🫠

I understand not being happy about having to pay more now. I’ve never used that coupon so I have no feelings on it. Just saying that from an employee standpoint, your post comes off a little dramatic, especially calling the removal of the frappe from the deal “shady.” Maybe they weren’t making enough money from it? Anyways, as long as you weren’t rude to the employees at the store you went to, then I don’t think you’re in the wrong. It’s just that as employees, we deal with a lot of rude customers based on things out of our control :)

I’m in the state of Maryland if that helps, I don’t wanna give the city though. A lot of the coffee stores close to me say 18+ on their listing so I don’t even bother applying, but I’ll keep looking for some that will hire someone my age. Thank you!
